B&C Land Development, Inc. was founded in 2007; owners, Charles Rooke and Jonathan Rooke have over 30 years combined construction experience in water, sewer and site work. Both Charles and Jonathan began working in the construction field at a young age and continued to grow with their own visions in the construction industry. A solid foundation and knowledge along with a desire to provide quality work and outstanding service lead to the brothers starting the company. Since the company began we have established a record of quality work and a great working relationship with our clients.

We have completed numerous jobs for the City of Charleston, Charleston County, Charleston Water Systems, Isle of Palms Water and Sewer, Town of Hollywood, Town of Ravenel and other municipalities, counties, cities and towns in the area as well as in the private sector. We have a strong background in supervision and completion of construction projects and it is our mission to continue delivering quality service to our clients.
